A: No. You do not sign over the rights to your idea. The rights to your idea will be sold to a third party company some time in the future when you 'Sell' the idea. Some device development companies will make you sign over the rights to your idea, Agents For Medics is only acting as an agent, so does not.

Q: So what does it cost to have an agent
A: It costs nothing to 'have' an agent. Our agent service fees are paid only in the event of selling your idea, and only as a % of what you earn. There are no 'signing on fees' annual subscriptions or other hidden costs. We charge a % of the deal that we make for you.

Q: Will I definitely sell my idea if I use your service
A: No. There is no guarantee that we will eventually be able to sell your idea. But, by using Agents For Medics we will greatly enhance the chances of your idea making it. By helping to develop the idea properly and then using our networks, we can deliver the right product ideas to the right people at the right time. Combined with the credibility of the Agents For Medics team, this greatly enhances the chances of a potential buyer considering your idea.

Q: Will you take any idea
A: No. Our teams have a vast number of years in the medical field, through assessment they will determine not only if your idea has intellectual merit, but if it also has commercial merit. This is a complex process based upon industry modeling techniques and intellectual property scans. Only products which meet all of our criteria will be accepted. This ensures quality, and a better chance of selling the idea. Experience shows, ideas with no commercial potential will never sell.

Q: I have a sketch, is it enough
A: Yes. The most basic idea, at any stage can be submitted. Agents For Medics has an exclusive development house that can apply for patents, develop professional drawings, prototypes and much more. All ideas will need some development and this will cost you money. But if you believe in your idea - you will need to invest in it - at least to protect it. For ideas that pass through our screening process and attain a high score, Agents For Medics will consider investing in the development of the idea through the A4M - Funding program.
